information when you use the Anokhii mobile application (the "App").

Account Information
We collect your email address and password when you create an account. This is required
to use the App.
Child Profiles
You may create profiles for children in your care. These profiles include the child's
first name and date of birth.
Videos
You can upload videos of children through the App. These videos are stored securely in
Firebase Storage (provided by Google) and are used to generate developmental insights.
Developmental Reports
Our system analyses uploaded videos using automated processing, including AI-powered
analysis, to identify developmental observations. The results are stored in your account
and visible only to you.
Device and Usage Data
We automatically collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system
version, app crash reports, and usage patterns. This helps us improve app stability
and performance.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the App
- Analyse videos to generate developmental insights for your children
- Maintain and improve app performance and stability

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google LLC), which provides secure cloud storage
and database services. Access to your data is restricted so that only you can view
your own children's videos and reports.
Videos and reports are linked to your account and are not accessible to other users.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account,
please contact us at hello@anokhii.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Anokhii uses the following third-party services:
Firebase (Google LLC)
Used for user authentication, data storage, file storage, and crash reporting.
Firebase may collect limited technical data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Google AI (Gemini)
Our backend uses Google's Gemini AI to analyse video content and generate developmental
observations. Video content is processed by this service as part of the analysis pipeline.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics services beyond those listed above.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Anokhii is designed for use by parents, caregivers, and educators. The App is not
directed at children and children should not create accounts or use the App directly.
Because the App processes videos of children, we take extra care with this data:
- Videos and child profiles are visible only to the account holder who uploaded them
- We do not share videos or child data with other users or third parties, except
as required to operate the AI analysis pipeline described above
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13
If you believe that information about a child has been submitted without appropriate

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the App

The App requests the following device permissions:
- Camera: to record videos within the App
- Photo Library / Media: to select and upload existing videos

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the
"Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy
periodically.

the updated policy.
